Travel towards cornwall and take the Manadon exit (signs for Tavistock A386) |

Stay in the left hand lane |

Take the first exit (Pub on left and petrol station opposite) |

go up and over the hill. Mind the speed camera (30 MPH) |

Get in the left hand lane when the bus lane ends |

Straightover the traffic lights |
| * | Stay in the left hand lane going down the hill. |
| * | Go left at the traffic lights into Eggbuckland Road |

Take the 3rd right at the top of the hill |
| * | Cross the square into Hartley Avenue |
| * | Follow the road down the hill (be careful it narrows into a single road) |
| * | Pass Fortesque Place on the left |
| * | When the road curves to the right the house is on the left hand side (Black door) |
| * | More parking is available round the corner past the house. |
